CPOSA is the representative body for Chief Police Officers. It undertakes a range of responsibilities including; making representations on pay to the Police Advisory Board, procuring an insurance which the member can take advantage of in order to ensure access to legal advice and support and also a Panel of Friends who are able to give more personal support if a member is suspended.
